On Gluten & Allergen Free
We live allergen and gluten free most of the time. Sometimes when we dine out, we'll have problems and then we're back to "fixing" ourselves until we feel better. LOL, have been finding out lately that lots of people have gluten and allergen issues. Our beloved butcher is gluten intolerant! Although one has to admit, he certainly chose the perfect business to be in! Our hairdresser is allergic to nuts, citric acid, and pectin. Gosh, we thought we had it bad with our gluten intolerance and allergies, but think what doesn't contain citric acid and pectin.
We purchased a bread maker and it was the magic door to the gluten/allergen free world! There are so many, many gluten and allergen free products to on the market. We're experimenting everyday. Daddy is the Chef Extraordinaire. We find something worth trying and he'll get to work on it. One day we'll publish his successful experiments.
