Gluten & Allergen-Free Product Lists

Phylosophically speaking. The Courtesy Gluten/Allergen-Free Product Lists provided by the grocery stores are starting points. I'm always afraid that because of a few "cry babies" who refuse to take responsibility of their own wellness, these Courtesy Lists will be revoked and we'll be back to what we had 30+ years ago, ferreting/compiling our own product lists. With no starting point, these lists tended to require hours and hours of research which took away from an otherwise productive lifestyle. For almost 20 years, I adhered to a diet of meat, potatoes with some lettuce thrown in because of the lack of resources to dedicate to researching new gluten/allergen-free products. My wonderful spouse would try, but he too lacked the resources to dedicate to researching new products.
