
Recipe is from the Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook by Elana Amsterdam. The recipe calls for each biscuit to be a scant 1/4 cup of dough & she really means scant. We baked them for 15 minutes & they came out perfect. The really nice part about these biscuits made from almond flour is that they taste good cold. Biscuits made from wheat flour only taste good right out of the oven!
