Mexican Slaw and Pulled Pork Sandwiches

On Monday, we made Mexican Slaw.  After Mother's PT appointment we dropped her at her apartment and hurried home to try our Mexican Slaw and Pulled Pork Sandwiches.  They were delicious!  (Pork was leftover from the roasted pork on Saturday.)
