Every time I bake gluten-free bread (Breads from Anna), I marvel at the fact that after 25 years, there is a gluten-free bread that I can eat. Every time we have toast with butter and jelly, I am ecstatic that my dream of eating toast with butter and poha berry jelly drinking a cup of Kona Peaberry Coffee on the Halekulani Lanai is a bit closer to reality.
In many ways, 2009 has been a very good year! Roberta may be gone but she's left a great legacy of new beginnings for her siblings and her parents.
