Bacon & Pancakes for Breakfast!!

Bob made us bacon and pancakes for breakfast yesterday!!  We used Bob's Favorite Gluten-Free Pancake recipe with the following changes - 1 1/2 tsp of Tahitian Vanilla (vice 1/2 tsp of Vanilla); 4 Tbsp Strauss Organic Butter (vice 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil); cut butter into dry ingredients.  We had warm Maple Syrup and more Strauss Organic Butter with our pancakes.  What a treat.
