Sausage Caper Week - Trip to SE Portland

Sausage Caper Week - Thu, 18 Mar.
The Cat People went to Edelweiss Sausage & Delicatessen, SE 12th Ave, Portland and Otto's Sausage Kitchen & Meat, SE Woodstock Blvd, Portland.   At Otto's we tasted the Smoked Pork Links and Frankfurters from the curbside grill and really liked the Pork Links.  We bought 10 Smoked Links and a Salami for future use.  At Edelweiss we purchased Smoked Pork Chops and Bologna with Olives.  Bob says Smoked Pork Chops can be used for breakfast and just like Smoked Ham Hocks.  Okay.  We're having Bologna sandwiches for lunch on Sat.
