Edith Holden The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady

Purchased The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady, published 1977 and The Nature Notes of an Edwardian Lady, published 1989 from Powell's last evening. We just got an email they are ready for pickup at their Beaverton store! Excitement, excitement.  We'll pick them up tomorrow. Edith Holden (1871-1920) was an Edwardian Artist/Naturalist/Illustrator.  The sketches in her books are the type of art that I really like. Reminds me of sumi-e.
