            Easter Ham



1  Medium Tails and Trotters Ham cut in half

Preheat oven to  250°F.
Place a rack in a sheet pan and put 1 1/2 cups of boiling water in the pan.
Place ham on the rack.  Cover the sheet pan with foil.
Put the pan into the preheated oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
