Today we drove to Laurelhurst Market to buy some Tails & Trotters pork chops, Hawley Ranch lamb chops and couple of Creekstone NY steaks. The flavor of the pork chops is incredible! This is the first time we're going to try the lamb chops. Long time ago (sometime mid-80's) I used to visit with relatives in Denver. One of their favorite meals for me to cook for them was lamb chops. I remember that the chops were large, tender and not gamy at all. These looked exactly like them, even in size, so we bought them. The steaks are my favorite. Talk about "butter knife" tender.
